The union members at the factory have already taken industrial action twice in eight days in a dispute over new terms and conditions. The firm, which is based in the east of Hull, said it had been in discussions with staff since May and that the majority had now signed up to the new working conditions.

Web enabled, mobile or wireless technology from Time & Attendance North East is available for those employing 20 people to 10,000-plus. It gives your factory total management of absenteeism and lateness reporting. The proactive WinTAnet system keeps you abreast of events. It does this by automatically emailing or SMS text messaging both employees and system users about, for example: employee holiday request authorisations or refusals; or supervisor notifications of employees who have not clocked in after their start core time.
