All-in-one PC work attendance swifter than older manual card based systems
Hambleton District Council says it will set up a scheme that would subsidise the wages of apprentices for up to six months. The council will contribute to the wages of up to 15 young people, aged between 18 and 24, who are employed by local companies in Yorkshire. Conservative leader of the authority, Neville Huxtable, commented: “Many young people leave school and have no hope of a job and no future to look forward to.”
An all-in-one Time and Attendance System with Job Booking and Job Costing plus comprehensive user-definable working patterns, rosters and shifts is available from Time and Attendance North East. With the software the HR department can do many things. Users can print reports created by themselves on any standard reports using a range of parameters, such as different dates, departments, groups or employees. This makes available information that would normally take hours or even days to produce with older manual card based systems or older DOS based computers.
