Workers can use keypad input to book time against their jobs
Hull’s Alexandra Docks is the proposed site for a new wind turbine factory. Hull City Council last month received the planning applications which, if approved, then the plant could be open by 2014. The factory would employ 700 people making the blades and turbine units. The public consultation will be held at six locations in the city including Victoria Dock, Hedon Road and Queen Victoria Square. Members of the public have until Friday (January 13) to share their views on the plans.
Time & Attendance North East can supply the integrated WinTAnet clocking system, a powerful business tool to convey information and show trends. Graphical representations are provided on displays dealing with absence, shift patterns, access permissions and many more. Using a Tensor Smart Card and input device (a keypad or barcode scanner), workers can book time against jobs to produce a fully costed analysis and breakdown of time spent on each job. Reports show jobs that are approaching their budget limit.
