Integrated clocking station has digital outputs to control door locks and fire alarms
Crews were expected to be at the scene of a big Byker Bank yard blaze well into last night (Thursday). One man was taken to hospital suffering from the effects of smoke inhalation. Managing director Malcolm Ince, of yard owners Ince Ltd, said of his decision to evacuate the six workers: “We think a small fire has smoldered in the scrap, we’ve been collecting it for about six or seven months, then it started smoking, then we just saw huge flames.”
The WinTA system from Time and Attendance North East handles all your Time & Attendance and security and software needs in one package which can be integrated with fire roll call software. This function is executed directly from the T32xx clocking stations and does not rely on the controlling PC or computer infrastructure. The multilingual Tensor T32xx has an illuminated keypad for ease of text input and use. It has digital outputs to control door locks, fire alarms; plus digital inputs for door monitoring and fire alarms.
