Clocking stations generate a report if a fire occurs at work

Otter Hotel in West Auckland fireThe Otter Hotel, in West Auckland, remains in ruins after it was destroyed by fire more than a year ago. Local people and officials are concerned the site will continue to be an eyesore as there seems to be little prospect of the debris being cleared. Thirty firefighters and eight appliances from Bishop Auckland, Newton Aycliffe, Darlington and Durham City were required at the height of the blaze, which happened in summer 2009, and destroyed most of the roof and extensively damaged the rest of the building.

Time and Attendance North East systems can be integrated with fire roll call software that will automatically generate a report in the event of a fire or other emergency – a must-have addition for any safety-conscious employer. In such a situation, your immediate fire roll call reports are generated containing the crucial information concerning who is on site. Unlike most other systems, this function is executed directly from the clocking stations and does not rely on the controlling PC or computer infrastructure.
